Dr Lafita was polite and courteous. Even though my appointment was relatively straightforward it was carried out speedily and efficiently. As regards improvements then my only suggestion would be to try to keep waiting times as short as possible. It would be useful that if long delays have built up, to inform the patients, who may be able to reschedule I avoid taking too much time off work etc.

The consultation lead to my being sent directly to A&E. Which turned out to be vey fortuitous. I stayed in hospital for 2 weeks, most of this time spent in ITU.

Dr Latif was excellent with my 16 year son who's been poorly on and off for months. Not only did he listen, he asked a lot of questions to get to them bottom of his illness. . He examined my son and also requested a full M. O. T of bloods to be done and prescribed antibiotics for infection. He explained everything to us and he made sure we understood everything. He is an Excellent doctor and very caring too. I would definitely recommend him to anybody. Thank you doctor Latif.
